The services includes: Bookkeeping, Accounting/reporting, Compliance, Financial Management and Business advisory. Our accounting club services are done in accordance IFRS, GAAP, complies with the companies act and the meet the requirements of SARS and other bodies.

With our accounting packages the clients can save more than 90% of the normal accounting and consulting fees.

You can register your company directly with CIPC and download the prescribed forms on www.cipc.co.za and you will pay less than what we charge when you do it directly with CIPC. We suggest this is an endeavor better left to qualified professionals this will allow you to get added crucial services that are not available at CIPC such as: Shareholders Certificates, BBBEE Certificates, Accounting Letters and etc.

You can also register for Taxation and do your tax clearance certificates directly from SARS for free; we however suggest that you leave this for Registered Tax Practitioners as they often get fast service from SARS and they will save you from Frustrations.

Our directors are Accountants and Tax Practitioners qualified to expertly advise you on the technical matters regarding the company registration, drafting your Memorandum of Association, shareholding & Tax Affairs.
